Responsibilities
This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, cutting, grinding, and other essential skills necessary for the manufacturing process. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality. Some key responsibilities include:
  • 7-Step Weld Test
  • Welding in all positions
  • Cutting
  • Grinding
  • Reading and accurately following Work Orders and Drawings
  • Cleans, preps, and sets up pre-formed and pre-fabricated parts for welding
  • Hand Tools
  • Power Tools
  • Clamps, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling
  • Works with minimum supervision

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid foundation in welding and metalworking techniques. A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are essential. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

Salary Information
