About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Clearwater at Riverpark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our community's physical plant, including grounds, equipment, and living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of property grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure they are fully functional, inviting, clean, comfortable, and safe for residents, associates, and guests.
  • Supervise and manage the Environmental Services department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as managing budgets and inventory.
  • Manage maintenance requests and logs for resident apartments, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, and lighting systems.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Assist maintenance associates with their job duties and assume maintenance activities as needed.
  • Manage and track budget spending and goals, ensuring compliance with Clearwater standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • AA degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
  • Minimum five to seven years of maintenance experience in senior living, property management, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience, including training and supervising staff and developing and managing a budget.
  • First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Background clearances as required by government regulations.
