As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple engagements, providing strategic direction, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Focused: Maintain a client-focused perspective, results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in compressed timeframe situations, strategic thinking capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Engagement Oversight: Oversee multiple engagements, providing strategic direction and ensuring deliverables are designed and executed to a high quality. Provide actionable guidance to junior team members.
  • Issue Identification: Contribute to identifying core issues to address study objectives and develop associated teamwork plans.
  • Growth Opportunities: Drive growth opportunities at existing engagements.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in client engagement, opportunity research, proposal scoping, and development.
  • Industry Representation: Actively participate in industry events, representing Triumvirate as a leader in EH&S and related services.
  • Client Relationships: Build high-quality relationships with senior client team members (Client face-off, VP, and Director level at existing clients).
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deliver Subject Matter Expertise in various functional areas and chosen industry operations.
  • Company Growth: Contribute to Triumvirate's growth through knowledge and methodology sharing, case studies, proposal development, marketing collateral assistance, and recruiting.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete required administrative tasks (timesheets, backlog reports, expenses) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Billable Target: Achieve a billable target of 1,400 hours per year.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 + years of experience in environmental and/or safety operations within one of our client sectors (Life Science, Healthcare, Higher Education & Industrial), with a minimum of 3 years as part of a professional services group.
  • Education: Engineering or Science undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science). Master's and/or equivalent industry certifications are preferred.
  • Certification: Hold CIH professional certification.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of industry trends, needs, and events that could impact Triumvirate's services and clients.
  • Leadership: Forward-thinking mentality with a focus on high client satisfaction, meeting project deadlines, and creative problem-solving. Ability to inspire and provide leadership, coaching junior consultants in their technical and soft skills.
  • Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of Triumvirate and senior client staff.
  • Travel: Comfort with travel and being present at client sites.
  • Mindset: Passionate, high-energy, self-starting entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
