Job Description: As a Senior Financial Supervisor - Tax Accounting, you will play a critical role in establishing the proper income tax treatment of PacifiCorp's tangible and intangible property. You will apply and interpret complex technical tax law in a capital-intensive industry undergoing significant growth and transformation to clean energy. This position requires eight years of related work experience, with six years in tax accounting and one year in a senior technical/leadership role. The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 per annum. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and utilizing specialized software applications to track tax depreciation and deferred income taxes, becoming an expert user of a complex utility-specific tax-fixed asset software system, analyzing key financial reporting metrics, and collaborating with other income tax functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have a strong working knowledge of accounting information systems, Microsoft Excel, and project management skills. You should also be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Additionally, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting and a CPA designation or a graduate business degree.
