Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor will play a critical role in managing store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will assist with daily tasks, supervise staff, and maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory and Merchandising: Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels, as well as implementing visual merchandising displays.
  • Leadership: Supervise and train staff, provide guidance and support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience preferred, with a focus on hardware or similar industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation

$15.00/hour
