Job Summary

As an Automotive Store Manager at Big O Tires, you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall daily operations of the retail store to achieve optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximize profit. You will drive sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing store team
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Control expenses, protect company assets, and ensure store standards and processes are consistent and well-executed
  • Provide clear and consistent feedback to employees on a regular basis
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and Federal and State Environmental regulations
Requirements
  • Experience in a management capacity with a proven track record of managing team sales and bottom-line performance
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees
  • Valid driver's license
