Lead Carpenter

Adecco Search is actively recruiting for a skilled Lead Carpenter in Newport News, VA. As a Direct Hire job, the Lead Carpenter will report to [Company Name], a leading provider of custom vinyl products and expert installation services.

• Oversee all aspects of vinyl product installation, including planning, execution, and quality control.
• Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Execute custom vinyl installations, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations; address any issues promptly.
• Promote a culture of safety on job sites, ensuring that all team members follow safety protocols and best practices.
• Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

• Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on vinyl products preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
