Doorman Supervisor

PBS Facility Services is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Doorman Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our doorman team, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and train team members to meet performance standards.

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the doorman team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Lead and motivate a team of doormen and guards to achieve personal and company goals.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
• Ensure that all doormen follow building rules and regulations, and are in compliance with all safety and security procedures.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and complaints in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
