We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center.

About the Role

This is an ongoing 36-hour per week position with a 12-hour day shift schedule. As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg department, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

You will administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and provide advice on health maintenance and disease prevention. Additionally, you will maintain detailed reports and records and administer medications while monitoring for reactions and side effects.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
