**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor in our Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
* Ensure seamless communication among healthcare staff and residents
* Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care services
* Promote a safe and healthy work environment

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of New York
* Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Familiarity with electronic health records and prescribing programs
