JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a dedicated crop production professional for a dynamic family-operated agricultural enterprise in Nebraska, capable of overseeing daily operations.

We prefer candidates with at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player and a diligent worker seeking a long-term career opportunity. The operation utilizes mostly modern equipment and provides ample space for maintenance. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Experience with self-propelled sprayers is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience from planting to harvest is preferred, and holding a current pesticide applicator license would be a significant advantage.

Additionally, we require someone who can think independently and possesses the foresight to effectively plan their daily tasks.
