Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of our clients' homes. As a Registered Nurse with Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs
- Document all patient interactions and care provided in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- Current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two years' experience in home health services or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Working knowledge of the Rules and Regulations for Private Home Care Providers
- Working knowledge of the policies and procedures of the CCSP, SOURCE, ICWP, and the GAPP Medicaid Waiver Program
