Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Promoting Thrifty White programs to patients, such as Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx, and assisting with patient enrollment.
  • Leading the team by exemplifying, coaching, and upholding high standards in patient service.
  • Organizing and structuring workflows for efficient prescription processing, patient consultations, and clinical service delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with long-term care facilities through proactive communication and responsiveness to their needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for Long Term Care and Specialty business and collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Dispensing medications and related supplies while providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.

This position may require extended periods of standing. While executing job responsibilities, employees are frequently required to communicate verbally, utilize hands and fingers for handling objects, and reach with arms.

Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision capabilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications Required:
  • A valid pharmacy license free from federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (proof of course completion from an accredited ACPE program is required).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
