Job Summary

Are you a technology enthusiast with a passion for innovation? Do you have experience in designing and managing IT infrastructure for large-scale enterprises? We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at XpressBet.

In this role, you will be responsible for directing and reviewing all technical aspects of our network communications, including infrastructure, local area networks, wide area networks, problem resolution, and network security. You will also develop and oversee the implementation of central data security policies, architecture, and procedures.

As a key member of our team, you will identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety. You will also facilitate risk assessments of company-related projects and partner with other teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft systems, demonstrated experience in large-scale enterprise network design, and strong design and configuration experience with Cisco and Juniper-based networks. You must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well with people of various backgrounds and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and review all technical aspects of network communications
Develop and oversee the implementation of central data security policies, architecture, and procedures
Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions
Facilitate risk assessments of company-related projects
Partner with other teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Wagering/gaming industry experience
Knowledgeable in horse racing, pari-mutuel wagering, gaming, sports wagering, and/or social marketplace industries
