We are seeking to recruit a mid-level professional with 7-12 years of experience to join our Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation Group.

This role involves performing and supervising fieldwork, as well as preparing technical reports, while also mentoring and training junior staff members.

Moreover, this position offers the chance to gain experience across all facets of a comprehensive environmental group, including technical fieldwork, proposal development, phase-level management, subcontractor oversight, and the preparation of various regulatory and non-regulatory reports.


Key Responsibilities:
Management and oversight of diverse remediation projects in alignment with the PA Act 2 and Storage Tank programs
Field documentation, environmental data analysis, fate and transport assessments, receptor surveys, and technical report preparation
Conducting and overseeing Phase I site assessments
Managing Phase II site investigation fieldwork and reporting
Field supervision and sampling for remediation projects
Oversight of drilling subcontractors and management of subcontractor activities
Ensuring field health and safety protocols are adhered to

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related scientific or technical discipline
New Jersey Professional Geologist license or relevant coursework and experience to qualify for the PG exam is strongly preferred
7-12 years of experience in conducting environmental investigations
Familiarity with Pennsylvania environmental regulations (including PA Act 2 and Storage Tank Programs) and Federal laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing capabilities
Experience in field sampling of environmental media (soil, water, air, waste)
Ability to lift and carry field equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
Capability to access remote locations and sites for sampling
Familiarity with AutoCad and/or GIS is a plus (not mandatory)
OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour Certification is preferred (not mandatory)
