Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement CMM programs utilizing PC-DMIS software for the inspection and validation of manufactured components.
  2. Interpret complex technical drawings and specifications to guarantee precise programming.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and quality assessments, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.
  4. Work collaboratively with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to maintain compliance with quality standards.
  5. Provide expert technical support and maintenance guidance for CMM equipment.
  6. Employ Brown and Sharpe tools and methodologies to achieve accurate measurements.
  7. Ensure adherence to AS9100 quality management systems in all operations.

Qualifications:

  5. Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems.
