Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing the implementation of care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid state license (LPN), have a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, and strong clinical skills. Your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will enable you to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
