IT Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Beecan Health. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our computer systems, as well as managing user accounts and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Zendesk dashboard for open items and resolve tickets in a timely manner

• Provide technical support for facilities and troubleshooting by remote or in-person access

• Manage the deployment and integration of software and hardware solutions, practice management software, and other healthcare applications

• Assist in the management of healthcare data, including data entry, integration, and reporting

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and implement upgrades and enhancements to improve system functionality, security, and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Information Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, analysis, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)

• Proficiency in analyzing and designing technology solutions and workflows

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
