Overview

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of our experienced staff, you'll be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. You'll also be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and checking them in for appointments

• Scheduling appointments and managing patient schedules

• Collecting patient information and insurance details

• Processing payments and managing patient accounts

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare teams

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent and are proficient in computer skills, we'd love to hear from you.
