Experience/Qualifications

We require graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in 1) Family Practice or 2) Internal Medicine + Pediatric.

Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
