Job Summary

The Electronics Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic or mechanical products, parts, equipment, and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electronics, electrical circuitry, and electronic testing principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform testing operations within assigned functional areas, including automated testing and performance testing.
  • Calibrate and adjust assigned units to ensure proper functioning.
  • Interpret and work in accordance with work orders, drawings, and schematics.
  • Collaborate with design and test engineering teams to resolve production problems.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent educational experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of methods and procedures in troubleshooting, circuitry, or mechanical characteristics.
  • Ability to learn new test software and equipment and identify abnormal conditions in equipment and product.
  • Manual and finger dexterity, ability to make precisely coordinated movements.
  • Ability to work in multiple software systems, including time enter, data enter, on-line training PDM, and MRP systems.
