Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Caregiver to join our team at Astoria Park Senior Living in Pasadena, CA. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care Services: Provide assistance with daily living activities, including toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage Socialization: Engage residents in community activities, promote social interaction, and support their participation in events and programs.
  • Support Resident Needs: Assist residents with mobility, transfer, and positioning, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
