LPN Weekend Night Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As a LPN with Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Job Responsibilities:- Implement physician's prescribed plan of care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Compliant, timely documentation of care provided in system of record
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Responsible for accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required and for obtaining co-signature of Case Manager on all verbal orders
- Follow up with physician, client, family members, staff, and Case Manager on client problems, concerns, and/or changes in client condition
- Must have at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
- Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

- Hourly pay and weekly paychecks
- Flexible scheduling (8, 10, and 12 hour shifts; day/night/weekends available)
