We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to members and maintaining a clean and organized cart area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that members have a positive shopping experience by helping them with their purchases, assisting with club pick-up orders, and maintaining a clean and organized cart area. They will also provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and processing their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help members with their purchases and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct safety sweeps and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist members with club pick-up orders, including contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times and offering alternative product options when needed
- Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
