Job Summary

We are seeking a professional long haul open deck driver to join our team. As a driver with Kaiser Transport, you will be responsible for coordinating customer deliveries, ensuring freight arrives safely and on time, and scheduling your own home time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer deliveries and ensure freight arrives safely and on time
  • Schedule your own home time
  • Train with our professionals to learn how we secure and tarp freight the Kaiser way
  • Operate late model Peterbilt 389 long nose tractors with Cummins ISX15 525 horsepower engines
  • Manage your own trip plans and execute successful deliveries
Requirements
  • CDL A holder
  • 1-2 years of long haul, coast-to-coast experience
  • Experience with step deck, double drop, or flatbed freight
  • Experience building and executing successful trip plans
  • Tarping and freight securement experience in all weather conditions
  • Meet all federal motor carrier guidelines with no OWIs in past 5 years
