About the Role

The Global Employee Health team within Health at Google is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Employee Health Analyst. This role will play a critical part in enabling users globally to thrive through an accessible and integrated portfolio of evidence-based programs and services to promote the health of the population, family members, and the community around them.

As a Global Employee Health Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with program managers, clinicians, and the Chief Medical Officer to understand, implement, and deploy analytics solutions, and support insights into the health of Google's population and opportunities for action.

Responsibilities
  • Work with program managers and clinicians to develop and implement analytics solutions to support health initiatives.
  • Leverage claims and program data to track the health of the population and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor vendor performance against performance guarantees and key performance indicators.
  • Partner with team members to support data-driven strategy development, program implementation, and long-term data management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
  • 6 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience working in an organization and in a multinational company.
  • 3 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Experience in scripting, statistical analysis, developing and managing metrics, and evaluating programs/products.
  • Experience with ambiguity and leadership through influence.
  • Experience working with teams of stakeholders across Google to drive employee health projects.
