Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic Montessori elementary classroom (grades 1-6) as a full-time educator
- Facilitate a mixed-age classroom through small group and individualized lessons, real-world applications, and follow-up activities across all subjects.
- Collaborate with program specialists to develop lesson plans that challenge and engage every student.
- Foster a classroom culture that values thoughtful decision-making and inquisitive exploration.
- Maintain regular communication with families to provide insights into their child's academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with a team, including co-teachers and educational coaches, to continually assess and enhance classroom practices.
- Engage in a collaborative network of educators and innovators dedicated to refining a groundbreaking national program
- Participate in a fully-funded two-year accredited teacher training program to obtain your Montessori elementary credential, with personalized mentorship.
- Collaborate with local middle school and online education staff to explore innovative ways to deliver a truly personalized learning experience.
