Job Responsibilities:
- Document interdisciplinary progress notes in a clear and detailed manner to accurately reflect resident care.
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician; ensure that drug and narcotic records are precise and current for each shift; alert the nurse manager of any discrepancies; properly dispose of medications and narcotics.
- Assist the LPN Supervisor with the completion of documentation as mandated by the Department of Human Services, PA 2600.
- Support the Personal Care team in identifying the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs of residents.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living settings.
- Must possess a current PA Licensed Practical Nurse License.
