We are collaborating with a renowned breast care center in the District of Columbia to recruit a dedicated Mammography Technologist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Position patients for mammography procedures, ensuring correct alignment for precise imaging.
Utilize mammography equipment to produce high-quality images of breast tissue.
Work alongside radiologists to guarantee accurate interpretation of mammogram results.
Educate and support patients throughout the mammography process.
Requirements:
Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology or a related field.
Current certification in mammography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a radiologic technologist in Washington, DC.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
