Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to provide one-to-one online counseling sessions, addressing a range of psychological and emotional issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing short-term, solution-focused interventions like CBT, ACT, and DBT.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one online counseling sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to address psychological and emotional issues.
• Evaluate and manage clinical risks effectively, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Programme Lead to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in peer support sessions and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Arizona.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in individual therapy.
• Experience working with EAP or Digital Therapy platforms is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
