  • Maintenance Operations
    • Focus on preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
    • Manage and maintain 170 forklifts and 1400 individual assets, including conveyor systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair
    • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and experience with 480-volt systems.
  • Safety and Efficiency
    • Uphold safety standards and work towards improving efficiency in maintenance operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline maintenance processes and improve overall facility operations.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong background in PLCs and experience with 480v systems.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small, efficient team.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Previous experience in large-scale maintenance operations.
    • Military experience, particularly in the Air Force, Marines, or Navy (including submarine service), is highly regarded.
