Love's Travel Stops is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Truck Care operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck care facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of truck care facilities, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- 2+ years of retail, restaurant, travel stop, or c-store management experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
- 2+ years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
