We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Macon, Georgia. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students\u2019 communication needs and support their academic progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, as outlined in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom and support students\u2019 overall development.
  • Monitor progress, document therapy sessions, and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
  • Master\u2019s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
