Warehouse Forklift Operator Job Description

At Bob's Discount Furniture, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our distribution center runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and store merchandise in designated locations throughout the distribution center
  • Operate a cherry picker lift up to 40ft. in the air to move products to storage racks
  • Utilize RF scanners to identify and locate products
  • Load staged product from the dock area onto the cherry picker lift
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and set goals
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse atmosphere
  • Must have experience operating forklift and/or cherry picker equipment
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 40ft.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Must be able to pass a physical assessment with a push or pull requirement up to 250 lbs.
