Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. in Arizona Mills, AZ. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and promoting Tommy Hilfiger merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standard, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained, adhering to visual presentation standards.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures, observing sales floor and stockroom for any unusual activity.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, as well as individual contribution to business results.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures, executing Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a positive store experience for customers and staff.
Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards, building a repeat customer base through excellent service.
  • Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Effectively maintain zone coverage, acknowledging every customer within the zone and treating customers with priority over assigned tasks.
Personal Qualities
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrating a professional image and conduct.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management, and communicate concerns to management.
  • Maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor, creating energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
