Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Island Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains well-stocked and organized at all times.
  • Receive and process food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow established recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
