About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
As a team leader, you will oversee underwater bridge inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will guide a dedicated dive team in executing inspections and repairs effectively.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in underwater bridge inspections, with proven leadership skills
- ADC-I diving certification
- Completion of a certified bridge inspection course and an underwater inspection course
- Strong analytical skills for designing underwater repairs
- Experience with inspections of various underwater structures such as dams and piers
- Current certifications in OSHA and First Aid
- Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate the dive team
- Proficiency in operating small boats is advantageous.


Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation package is competitive and negotiable, with salaries reaching up to $125,000 annually, alongside a signing bonus. Additional benefits include:

Work Environment:
