Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the customer support team and clients to provide custom insights showcasing in-depth analyses and KPI reporting.
- Develop data-driven analysis, reports, and dashboards to formulate effective strategies and recommendations for action.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries related to Insights through Zendesk.
- Lead online training meetings with customers to discuss reporting needs.
- Assist with internal training and working sessions to teams within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc).
- Proficiency using DevExpress, Crystal Reports, MS Access, Tableau, Excel, or other similar report builders.
- Experience with report writing tools and relational databases (e.g. DevExpress, Crystal Reports, or MS Access, MySQL) is preferred.
