Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at BayCare Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in the perioperative period, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile field to ensure patient safety.
- Coordinate the preparation and disposal of specimens, as well as assist with inventory management of sterile supplies.
- Assist with patient transport and provide support to the surgical team as needed.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience.
- Surgical Technologist Certification from a recognized organization.
- Basic Life Support Certification and High School Diploma or Equivalent.
