Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Candidates must possess the necessary credentials to instruct Art History I and II, including a Master’s degree or MFA in Art, Studio Art, Art Education, or Art History, or a Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in art. For teaching other ARTS courses, a Master’s degree or MFA in Art, Studio Art, Art Education, or Visualization is required.

2. Previous experience in teaching at the college level is preferred.

3. Familiarity with online course instruction is advantageous.

4. Understanding of online instructional design is essential.

5. A robust background in visual arts studio practice is necessary.

6. A portfolio showcasing past student work as an instructor is preferred.

7. A portfolio or demo reel of professional work is desirable.

8. Experience in recruitment is a plus.

Compensation: Salary is determined according to the full-time faculty pay schedule.
