Cocktail Server Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Pechanga Resort and Casino. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in accordance with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present a professional manner at all times
  • Receive and distribute food and beverage requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate with management regarding any areas in need of special attention
  • Properly and accurately input drink orders
  • Retrieve and return all glassware
  • Clean and stock service areas
  • Verify micros receipt to ensure accuracy
  • Abide by all health code standards, liquor laws, and policies
Accountability:

The Cocktail Server position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Guidelines:

A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Communication Skills:

This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

TIPs Certification, Food Handler Card, and LEAD certified
