Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Community Health Network. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, planning, and providing therapy for patients with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate developmental needs, including feeding, handwriting, and object manipulation
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans to promote patient outcomes
  • Establish and maintain a safe environment conducive to effective team functioning and personal safety
  • Communicate effectively with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and all internal/external customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited OT program
  • Valid Indiana Occupational Therapist license or temporary permit
  • Pediatric Occupational Therapist with a minimum of three (3) years of experience
  • Skills in evaluating and treating children with complex medical diagnoses, sensory processing disorder, emotional regulation issues, autism, and feeding needs from birth to 18 years of age
