Position Summary:
The Senior Security Engineering Specialist collaborates with Business Sales to promote T-Mobile for Business products and services, utilizing their extensive technical expertise and industry insights.

This role involves engaging in pre-sales activities, consulting with customers to understand their business needs, identifying challenges, and crafting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including providing technical input for RFPs and strategizing with sales teams to enhance sales performance.
- Cultivate and manage customer technical relationships, understanding their unique drivers and requirements.
- Design and architect innovative services and solutions, uncovering opportunities and recommending appropriate strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Solution Engineering team for security applications and concepts.
- Support the implementation of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Return on Value (RoV) tailored to customer expectations.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and third-party vendors to execute go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in telecommunications and pre-sales solution engineering, with a proven track record in solution sales and technical leadership.
- Expertise in secure cloud services, SASE, Zero Trust frameworks, and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with container environments such as Kubernetes and public cloud certifications is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical documentation and presentation skills to effectively communicate design benefits to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a preference for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:
- Relevant experience and certification in Microsoft security and licensing solutions are required.

Work Environment:
This position may require travel and is not classified as a DOT regulated position.

Compensation Range:
The total target cash pay range for this role is between $131,600 and $237,400, inclusive of target incentives. The base pay range is between $92,120 and $166,180, depending on various factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
