Wellness Director Assistant

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate the care and services of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare departmental budgets, re-forecasts, and staffing plans to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Participate in the admission and ongoing resident assessment and care planning process, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality care.

- CPR certification and at least 3 years of progressively responsible work experience in the senior living industry or a related field.
