Job Summary
MedThink SciCom is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Communications Specialist to support our client-facing team. As a key member of our medical communications division, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining solid relationships with clients, implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring top-level delivery to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or at an agency, leading medical education or promotional initiatives. Experience across both disciplines is not necessary, but a desire and willingness to work hard to become proficient in both is essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting account teams, specifically SAE/Account Supervisor
  • Maintaining status reports and timelines
  • Leading client status calls
  • Preparing and sending materials to vendors and clients
  • Performing research as directed by AS/AD

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
