Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading tax review and planning projects for our clients, including partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tax review and planning projects for clients, including partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and high net worth individuals
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tax services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and apply this knowledge to client engagements
  • Manage and mentor junior tax professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles

Requirements

  • Active CPA, EA, or J.D. certification
  • Minimum 7-10 years of public accounting and tax experience
  • At least 4 years of tax manager and review experience
  • Complex tax review experience, including partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and high net worth individuals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in taxation or accounting
  • Experience with real estate, professional services, high net worth individuals, or private equity clients
