Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise of Arlington. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living neighborhood. Your primary duties will include:
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Providing assistance with activities of daily living
  • Notifying management of changes in condition and recommending adjustments in care and service
  • Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications and licenses as required by state regulations
