Suspension Technician

At Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington, we are seeking a skilled Suspension Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle suspension systems, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle suspension systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, and air conditioning.
  
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timely repairs.
  
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification a plus.
  
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
  
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  
• Excellent customer service skills, basic computer competencies.
  
• Positive, friendly attitude, eagerness to improve.
  
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
  
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
