Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist our guests: From the moment guests arrive, we want them to feel appreciated and know that we are dedicated to making their visit exceptional.
Support our professionals: Your role is vital in ensuring our artists have the necessary tools and clean linens to deliver outstanding services.
Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment: We take pride in ensuring that all areas of our salon, including the lobby, dressing rooms, retail displays, and restrooms, are immaculate for our guests at all times.
Assist with inventory management: You will help organize and restock retail items and signage, ensuring everything is in its proper place.
Engage with guests during the checkout process: We view checkout as an opportunity to connect with guests, confirm their satisfaction, and encourage their return.

Important Information:
Availability: Open scheduling is essential, as many shifts occur during evenings and weekends, especially during peak seasons.
This role requires being on your feet for extended periods, involving standing or walking. Accommodations may be available for individuals with disabilities.
Occasionally, you may need to lift moderately heavy items. Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
