Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience by providing fast, easy, and efficient service.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring that products are easily accessible and visually appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory shipments, and report any low stock levels to store management.
  • Cash Handling: Perform sales and cash functions in a fast-paced retail environment, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
